目的 :比较研究补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区超微结构的影响。方法 :采用沙鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型 ,分别腹腔注射补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方 ,于再灌注后 5天取脑以透射电镜观察。结果 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方均可对抗CA1区神经元变性死亡 ,对海马CA1区超微病理改变均有改善作用 ,两者均可减少缺血再灌注后发生神经元凋亡的例数 ,两者的改善程度相近。结论 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方均可防止脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区神经元迟发性损伤 ,且具有抗脑缺血后神经元凋亡的作用
Objective: To compare the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its effective fraction on the ultrastructure of hippocampal CA1 region after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. METHODS: Cerebral ischemia models were established by bilateral common carotid artery occlusion in gerbils. The rats were intraperitoneally injected with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its effective fractions. The brains were harvested at 5 days after reperfusion for transmission electron microscopy. RESULTS: Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its effective fractions were able to resist the degeneration and death of neurons in CA1 region, and to improve the ultrastructural pathological changes in hippocampal CA1 region. Both of them could reduce neuronal apoptosis after ischemia-reperfusion. The number of deaths is similar. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its effective fractions can prevent delayed neuronal injury in hippocampal CA1 region after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and have anti-apoptosis effect on neurons after cerebral ischemia.
