戏曲起源于两宋之间,戏曲的研究则始于明初朱权的《太和正音谱》,它第一次将元杂剧视为独立的、深具艺术价值的文体。它的主要关注焦点仍是杂剧的曲辞音律,而曲学始终是中国的戏曲理论中最重要的组成部分。从明中叶到清初,有了从演剧角度研究戏曲的新视野,它改变了用曲学替代戏曲研究的历史,同时逐渐出现了对京剧和各地方剧种艺术规律的研究,包括表演艺术的研究。20世纪以后西方戏剧观念的影响,更让戏曲研究拓展到戏曲的其他方面,戏曲理论建设因此获得了更开阔的发展空间。
The opera originated from Song Dynasty to Song Dynasty. The study of opera started from the “Taihe Zhengjianpian” by Zhu Quan in the early Ming Dynasty. For the first time, the Yuan Zaju was regarded as an independent style with artistic value. Its main focus is still the melody of the drama, while the study of the song is always the most important part of Chinese opera theory. From the middle of the Ming Dynasty to the beginning of the Qing dynasty, with the new horizons of drama from the angle of drama, it changed the history of the study of drama by using music theory. At the same time, the research on the art laws of Beijing opera and local operas gradually appeared, including the performance art the study. After the 20th century, the concept of Western drama, but also to expand the opera studies to other aspects of drama, opera theory building thus gained more room for development.
