目的探讨p27kip1蛋白在胃癌中的表达及与胃癌的关系。方法应用免疫组化检SP法检测p27kip1在59例胃癌及19例正常胃黏膜组织中表达。结果 p27kip1在正常胃黏膜组织阳性率(84.22%),显著高于胃癌组织中阳性率(47.46%)(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中高中分化腺癌p27kip1阳性率(68.42%),显著高于低分化腺癌(37.5%)与胃黏液癌(31.25%)(P<0.05);后两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌组织中p27kip1表达较正常组织明显降低提示可能与胃癌发生相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of p27kip1 in gastric cancer and its relationship with gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p27kip1 in 59 cases of gastric carcinoma and 19 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results The positive rate of p27kip1 in normal gastric mucosa (84.22%) was significantly higher than that in gastric cancer (47.46%) (P <0.05). The positive rate of p27kip1 in high and middle differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (37.5%) and gastric mucinous carcinoma (31.25%) (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found between the two groups P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of p27kip1 in gastric cancer tissues is significantly lower than that in normal tissues, which may be related to the occurrence of gastric cancer.
