特殊教育的发展水平标志着一个国家经济和文化水平。本文通过分析台湾《特殊教育法》制定的背景和修订过程,从中认识到:让残疾人充分地适应社会的发展,必须提高对残疾人的认识、加强对残疾人事业的投入,完善特殊教育立法。
The level of development of special education marks a country’s economic and cultural level. By analyzing the background and revision process of Taiwan’s “Special Education Law”, this article recognizes that: to fully adapt the disabled to the development of the society, we must raise awareness of the disabled, strengthen the input into the cause of the disabled and improve the special education legislation .
