[目的 ]研究二氯五氟丙烷 (HCFC 2 2 5 )的毒性及安全性。 [方法 ]通过实验动物急性毒性试验来确定该物质的急性毒性等级 ,通过大鼠 2 8天吸入毒性试验找出亚急性毒作用浓度阈值及靶器官。急性毒性用霍恩氏法计算 ;亚急性毒性用不同剂量的该物质对动物染毒 ,分别对各剂量组的动物进行血液生化测定 ,称量动物体重、脏器重量并进行组织病理学检查 (肺、肝、肾、心 )。 [结果 ]小鼠急性LD50 雌性为 2 0g/kg ,雄性为 14 7g/kg ;小鼠急性LC50 为 5 2 6670mg/m3 ;大鼠急性LD50 大于 2 1 5g/kg ;大鼠 2 8d吸入毒性试验结果提示 ,AK 2 2 5吸入毒作用的主要靶器官为动物的肺脏和肝脏 ,其次是肾脏。主要的毒性表现有血清中ALT、AST、CR、BUN含量升高 ;肺组织淤血、出血及炎症细胞浸润 ;肝组织轻度及水样变病理改变等。最小毒作用浓度 (LOEC)为 3 73 5 0mg/m3 ,未观察到毒作用浓度 (NOEC)为 12 45 0mg/m3 。 [结论 ]二氯五氟丙烷 (HCFC 2 2 5 )的急性毒性属于微毒 ;本次大鼠 2 8d吸入毒性试验结果提示 ,HCFC 2 2 5吸入毒作用的主要靶器官为动物的肺脏和肝脏 ,其次是肾脏。最小毒作用浓度 (LOEC)为 3 73 5 0mg/m3 ,未观察到毒作用浓度 (NOEC)为 12 45 0mg/m3 。
[Objective] To study the toxicity and safety of dichloropentafluoropropane (HCFC-225). [Method] The acute toxicity level of the substance was determined by the acute toxicity test of experimental animals. The threshold value of subacute toxic effect concentration and target organs were determined by inhalation toxicity test on 28 days in rats. Acute toxicity was calculated by Horn’s method. Subacute toxicity The animals were exposed to different doses of the substance. Blood biochemical measurements were performed on animals in each dose group. Body weight, organ weight, and histopathological examination Lung, liver, kidney, heart). [Results] The acute LD50 in mice was 20 g / kg for females and 14 7 g / kg for males. The acute LC50 in mice was 52 6670 mg / m3. The acute LD50 in rats was more than 215 g / kg. The results suggest that the main target organ of AK 2 25 inhalation toxicity is the lung and liver of animals, followed by the kidneys. The main toxic manifestations of serum ALT, AST, CR, BUN increased; lung tissue congestion, hemorrhage and inflammatory cell infiltration; liver tissue mild and watery pathological changes and so on. The minimum toxic concentration (LOEC) was 3 73 5 0 mg / m3 and no observed NOEC was 12 45 0 mg / m3. [Conclusion] The acute toxicity of dichlorofluoropentane (HCFC-225) belongs to micro-toxicity. The results of inhalation toxicity test on the 28th day of this study suggest that the main target organ for HCFC255 inhalation toxicity is the lung and liver of animals , Followed by the kidneys. The minimum toxic concentration (LOEC) was 3 73 5 0 mg / m3 and no observed NOEC was 12 45 0 mg / m3.
