无载波冲激体制的探地雷达具有脉冲波形产生简单、测量速度快、不存在频域旁瓣干扰等特点,目前的商用探地雷达大多采用这种体制。但是现有的探地雷达系统普遍存在接收机动态范围较小的问题,限制了其在深层探测领域的应用。针对冲激体制探地雷达的大动态范围接收机技术进行深入研究,提出了适用于等效采样电路的时变增益动态范围压缩技术,设计的动态压缩电路可以有效地对接收信号进行20 d B的动态范围压缩,并且研制出了性能优越的等效时变增益探地雷达接收机。
Ground penetrating radar without carrier impulse system has the characteristics of simple pulse waveform generation, fast measurement speed and no sidelobe interference in the frequency domain. Currently, most commercial GPR systems adopt this system. However, the existing ground penetrating radar system generally has the problem of the smaller receiver dynamic range, which limits its application in the deep detection field. Aiming at the large dynamic range receiver (GPR) receiver technology of impulse system ground penetrating radar (GPR), the time-varying gain dynamic range compression technique for equivalent sampling circuit is proposed. The designed dynamic compression circuit can effectively reduce the received signal amplitude by 20 d B The dynamic range of compression, and developed a superior performance equivalent time-varying gain ground penetrating radar receiver.
