基于光子晶体的禁带特性,设计出一种复周期结构的一维光子晶体多通道滤波器。利用传输矩阵法,并通过Matlab编程仿真,甄选出两种最合适的光子晶体材料,并确定其结构参数。仿真结果表明,所设计的一维光子晶体多通道滤波器,在目前主要通信波长范围内可得到多个高透射窗口,且通过调节可以得到需要数量的信道。
Based on the band gap characteristics of photonic crystals, a one-dimensional photonic crystal multi-channel filter with complex periodic structure was designed. Using the transfer matrix method and Matlab programming simulation, two most suitable photonic crystal materials were selected and their structural parameters were determined. The simulation results show that the designed one-dimensional photonic crystal multi-channel filter can obtain multiple high transmission windows in the main communication wavelength range at present, and the required number of channels can be obtained by adjusting.
