高速机车车辆的二系弹簧悬挂需要更大的静挠度,对弹簧稳定性的要求显得尤为迫切。本文提出了一种高圆簧(加橡胶垫)稳定性的计算方法,并由实验验证。应用这种计算方法可以在设计时预测它的临界载荷,从而使研制的高圆簧安全可靠。
Two-line spring suspension of high-speed locomotives needs greater static deflection, which makes the stability of the spring more urgent. In this paper, a method for calculating the stability of high-round spring (plus rubber pad) is proposed and verified by experiments. Applying this method of calculation predicts its critical load at design time, making the developed high-circle spring safe and reliable.
