1990年的冬天,一个寒风微吹不堪寒冷的上午,在山东省费县党校那容纳200人的大教室里,我面对着从全县各基层单位招来的136名刊授党校学员,呵呵两声,清了清嗓子,用带着本县口音的普通话,尽可能大声地对着麦克风讲起来:“今天上午,我们一起学习科学社会主义课……”那声音大得让我自己也吃了一惊。这一惊,便是我从事刊授党校教学生涯的开始。屈指算来,至今我给刊授党校学员上课竟有八年了,这不免又让我吃了一惊。给刊授党校学员上课同全脱产班上课是不一样的。写文章是自己宁着自己的心,可是给刊授党校学员上课必须面对学员那一双双渴求知识和带着说不清的期望的眼睛,你必须始终用你的知识、逻辑、风趣、声音、手势乃至你的仪表、风度、恰当的笑和带有表情的表演,时时刻刻去
