以表面活性剂、SiO_2气凝胶(AG)、粉煤灰(CFA)、碱性激发剂为主要原料,制备AG/CFA轻质地质聚合物。通过调节表面活性剂种类(乙醇和硅烷偶联剂KH550)和掺量(0~1%/CFA),研究表面活性剂对AG在地质聚合物(GEO)中的稳定性的影响及破坏机理。结果表明:当乙醇掺量小于0.8%或硅烷偶联剂KH550掺量小于1.0%时,气凝胶可以在地质聚合物中分散且疏水性不被破坏;当乙醇掺量为0.8%或硅烷偶联剂KH550掺量为1.0%时,AG已被地质聚合物完全反应,其疏水性被破坏;过量的表面活性剂会使AG表面的烷甲基被地质聚合物中的碱性破坏其疏水性继而影响其稳定性。
The surfactant / SiO 2 airgel (AG), fly ash (CFA) and basic activator were used as raw materials to prepare AG / CFA light geopolymer. The effects of surfactants on the stability of AG in geopolymer (GEO) and the mechanism of damage were investigated by adjusting the kinds of surfactants (ethanol and silane coupling agent KH550) and dosage (0-1% / CFA). The results show that when the content of ethanol is less than 0.8% or the content of silane coupling agent KH550 is less than 1.0%, the aerogels can disperse in the geopolymer and the hydrophobicity is not destroyed. When the amount of ethanol is 0.8% When the dosage of the coupling agent KH550 is 1.0%, the AG has been completely reacted by the geopolymer and the hydrophobicity is destroyed. Excess surfactant will cause alkane methyl on the AG surface to be destroyed by alkaline in the geopolymer. Which in turn affects its stability.
