目的本研究探讨牛血清白蛋白纳米微粒的制备及其在荷人乳腺癌SK-BR3细胞的裸鼠体内的分布和代谢。方法125采用超声乳化-化学交联制备白蛋白纳米颗粒,通过I进行标记探讨其在荷人乳腺癌SK-BR3细胞裸鼠体内的分布和代谢。结果制备的牛血清白蛋白纳米颗粒平均粒径为34nm,90%的粒径小于38nm。牛血清白蛋白纳米颗粒与牛血清白蛋白在肿瘤、肝、胃、肠等器官的分布有显著的靶向性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在脑的分布均较少,没有发现明显的靶向作用。结论牛血清白蛋白纳米颗粒具有对肿瘤、肝、胃肠等器官的良好器官靶向性,同时具备成为中枢神经系统给药的比较理想的载体的条件。
Objective To study the preparation of bovine serum albumin nanoparticles and its distribution and metabolism in human breast cancer SK-BR3 cells in nude mice. METHODS 125 Phacoemulsification - chemical crosslinking of albumin nanoparticles was performed. The distribution and metabolism of albumin nanoparticles in human breast cancer SK-BR3 cells in nude mice were studied by I labeling. Results The average particle size of bovine serum albumin nanoparticles was 34nm and the particle size of 90% was less than 38nm. Bovine serum albumin nanoparticles and bovine serum albumin in tumor, liver, stomach, intestine and other organs of the distribution of significant targeting, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Distribution in the brain are less, did not find a clear target. Conclusion Bovine serum albumin nanoparticles have good organ targeting to tumor, liver, gastrointestinal and other organs, and possess the ideal carrier for central nervous system administration.
