小模数齿轮是仪器仪表中常用的精密传动零件、目前国内一般用滚齿工艺进行加工。能否用精密冲裁代替繁琐的滚齿工艺,已是当前急待解决的课题。精冲是借助齿圈压板、反向压板和凸模的压力,使冲裁件在模具刃口附近处于三向压应力和小间隙刃口下,经过一次纯剪切就能获得精度高和光洁度好的零件。因此要实现精冲,往往必须具备三个工艺要素:即三个方向的压力、精度高的模架和模芯、以及凹模刃口具有不大于0.1mm的小圆角。我们经过试验探索出一种新颖的精冲装置,用聚氨酯橡胶代替复杂的液压机构。这种精冲装置的特点
