目的观察门冬氨酸钾镁对D-氨基半乳糖和异硫氰酸-1-萘酯(ANIT)引起的大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法大鼠预先给予门冬氨酸钾镁5d后,注射D-氨基半乳糖和异硫氰酸-1-萘酯,观察肝脏受损后血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胆红素的水平,并进行病理切片检查。结果门冬氨酸钾镁2、4ml/kg可以显著降低由D-氨基半乳糖引起的AST以及ANIT引起的血清总胆红素升高。结论门冬氨酸钾镁可以拮抗D-氨基半乳糖和ANIT引起的肝损伤,有一定的保肝作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of potassium magnesium aspartate on hepatic injury induced by D-galactosamine and 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT) in rats. Methods Rats were pre-given potassium magnesium aspartate for 5 days and then injected with D-galactosamine and 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate. The serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) Acid aminotransferase (ALT), bilirubin levels, and pathological examination. Results Potassium and magnesium aspartate 2,4ml / kg can significantly reduce the AST caused by D-galactosamine and ANIT-induced elevated serum total bilirubin. Conclusion Potassium and magnesium aspartate can antagonize the liver injury induced by D-galactosamine and ANIT and have a certain hepatoprotective effect.
