体育教学过程随着时代的发展而需要不断的更新教法和教学内容,针对不同程度的学生,不同时代的学生逐步的改进和调整。对学生施教的同时需要与学生互动,同时也要通过教学主体(学生)对授课内容的接受程度来调整教学内容、方法及手段。在自身的调整和发展过程中无法避免会出现偏差和错误,但只要坚持不懈的努力和调整,最终会总结出适合学生接受、通俗易懂的教学过程。体育教学过程中的耗散就是学生通过积极参与体育教学,通过自身的活动消耗能量及热量。从而达到体育教学目标,通过课程的学习培养学生对运动技术的兴趣,激发出学生的学习热情。耗散结构自组织的演进动力来源于涨落机理,它是导致有序结构形成的关键内在机理,即普里戈金所强调的“涨落导致有序”。
