随着中国城市化进程的快速推进,城市建设日新月异,城市面积高速扩张,一些过去原本位于郊区的机场逐渐为城市所包围。由于一些大中型城市的机场建设和发展与其所在城市的建设规划之间缺乏有效衔接,导致机场扩建缺少建设用地,在净空保护、噪声影响和电磁环境保护等方面发生难以解决的矛盾。这不仅影响了航空运输业的发展,而且限制了机场周边地区的建设。
With the rapid progress of urbanization in China, rapid urban construction, rapid expansion of urban area, some in the past the suburbs of the airport gradually surrounded by the city. Due to the lack of effective connection between airport construction and development in some large and medium-sized cities and the construction planning of the cities in which they are located, the lack of construction land for airport expansion leads to unresolved contradictions in terms of headroom protection, noise impact and electromagnetic environment protection. This not only affects the development of the air transport industry, but also limits the construction of the area around the airport.
