1 临床资料 患者男性,32岁,强-5试飞员,飞行时间1780 h。近1个月来因飞行疲劳、饮食不当及受寒引起反酸、嗳气,伴有上腹部饥饿痛,夜间有时痛醒。患者既往有慢性胃炎史。于1994年12月8日前往当地陆军医院门诊做胃镜检查,诊断为胃大弯、十二指肠球部溃疡(A),即送空军476医院住院治疗,经抗幽门弯曲菌、制酸、促进溃疡愈合和巩固治疗3个月治愈。地面观察3个月,康复疗养1个月,经大体检结论:
