带式输送机托辊的径向跳动直接关系到带式输送机的稳定运行和使用寿命,设计了基于LabVIEW的带式输送机托辊圆度误差的测试系统。系统分别从传感器选型、硬件组成、数据通信等方面进行了介绍,充分利用了LabVIEW的优势,实现了对信号采集、误差分离和数据显示。该测试系统消除了外界的干扰,得到了比较精确的结果,可为带式输送机托辊的圆度误差分析提供了一定参考。
The radial runout of the belt conveyor is directly related to the stable operation and service life of the belt conveyor. The test system of the roundness error of the belt conveyor roller based on LabVIEW is designed. System from the sensor selection, hardware components, data communications and other aspects were introduced, take full advantage of the advantages of LabVIEW, to achieve the signal acquisition, error separation and data display. The test system has eliminated the outside interference and got more accurate results, which can provide certain reference for the roundness error analysis of belt conveyor idler.
