某电石乙炔法生产聚氯乙烯工程职业病危害控制效果评价

目的评价某电石乙炔法生产聚氯乙烯工程职业病危害控制效果,提出防治对策,保护劳动者健康。方法通过现场卫生学调查,检测该作业场所职业病危害因素浓度(或强度),分析其职业病危害控制效果。结果检测生产性粉尘、物理及化学有害因素共23种,其中粉尘检测点位22个,合格点位14个,合格率63.64%;检测化学毒物16种,共计78个点位,检测合格率均为100%;噪声检测涉及79个点位,噪声个体检测19个工种,合格率为89.5%;照明、紫外线辐射检测合格率为100%。结论煤尘、矽尘、其他粉尘(电石粉尘)、氯乙烯、一氧化碳、氯化氢、氯气等是该项目的主要职业病危害因素,且危害程度十分严重,应通过工程技术改造,采取有效的职业病危害防护措施加以控制。 Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production by a calcium carbide acetylene process and put forward control measures to protect the health of laborers. Methods According to the field health survey, the concentrations (or intensities) of occupational hazards in the workplace were detected and the control effects of occupational hazards were analyzed. Results Twenty-three kinds of productive dust, physical and chemical hazards were detected, of which 22 were dust detection sites and 14 passing sites with a pass rate of 63.64%. Sixteen kinds of chemical toxicants were detected, a total of 78 spots were detected. The detection pass rate Is 100%; noise detection involves 79 points, noise individual testing 19 types of work, the pass rate was 89.5%; lighting, ultraviolet radiation detection pass rate of 100%. Conclusion Coal dust, silica dust and other dusts (calcium carbide dust), vinyl chloride, carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride and chlorine are the major occupational hazards in the project. The harm degree is very serious. Effective occupational hazards should be protected through engineering and technical transformation Measures to control.
