托班的幼儿园大多为2-3岁幼儿,该阶段的幼儿多为初次加入集体学习活动,故部分幼儿会表现出焦虑不安,情绪失控等现象。对此,为安抚幼儿情绪使其更快的融入集体活动中,教师可以借助音乐区活动为幼儿营造轻松愉快的学习氛围,并引导鼓励幼儿自由选择学习内容与活动伙伴,使其自由探索学习自由交往。以此促进托班幼儿的健康成长,同时可以提升幼儿的综合能力。以下笔者就对托班音乐区活动的组织策略进行一些探究并提出相关建议:
