尽管我国建立了公务员管理的录用、考核和退出机制,但相应的制度尚未完善,对不合格的公务员实施淘汰十分困难,造成我国公务员淘汰比例过低,影响了政府的行政效率。本文对建立我国公务员淘汰机制所取得的成就进行了总结和归纳,并对目前淘汰机制实施过程中存在的问题进行了深入研究,以求为我国顺利实施公务员淘汰机制提供参考。
