2011年12月3日,由交通运输部、全国总工会主办,宇通客车协办的2011全国交通运输行业“宇通杯”机动车驾驶员节能技能竞赛闭幕式暨总结表彰会在福建武夷山市举行。交通运输部、福建省及宇通公司的相关领导与会,并为获奖选手及单位颁奖。大赛组委会名誉主任、交通运输部副部长冯正霖对本届“宇通杯”给予了高度评价,并希望“宇通杯”的精神能够继承和发扬。由此,2011“宇通杯”画上了圆满的句号。
