GB 7714-87《文后参考文献著录规则》中明确指出:“专论正文部分引用的文献的标注方法可以采用‘顺序编码’制,也可以采用‘著者-出版年’制”。“顺序编码”制是按文章正文部分引用的文献出现的先后顺序连续编码,并将序号置于方括号中。而采用“著者-出版年”制时,各篇文献的标注内容由著者姓氏与出版年构成。目前国内期刊多采用顺序编码制,国外期刊多采用后者。笔者在编辑过程中对这两种标注方法进行了比较,觉得使用后一种标注方法,即“著者-出版年”制标注参考文献比较方便。现将体会叙述如下: GB 7714-87 “after the reference bibliographical rules” clearly states: “The monograph cited in the body of the literature reference method can be used ’sequential coding’ system, you can also use ’author - Year of publication’ system. ”Sequential encoding “ system is based on the article cited in the text of the literature appeared in the order of sequential encoding, and the serial number placed in square brackets.
