广西乐业县是国家级贫困县,居住着壮、汉、瑶、苗、布依族等多个民族,也是我国西部典型的贫困山区。那里的山区交通闭塞,经济发展落后,贫困人口比例高。山区小学的学生上学路途艰苦、学校教学条件差、留守儿童多,由于客观条件的限制,这里的学生每天最多只能吃上两顿饭,严重影响小学生的身心健康。方志峰[1]的调查提示,广西城乡儿童膳食结构不合理,农村儿童营养问题突出。为进一步了解山区贫困小学生的生长发育和营养状况,笔者对广西百色市乐业县逻沙乡和花坪乡6所小学的1 116名小学生进行膳食结构、生长发育及营养状况调查,现将调查结果报道如下。
Leye County, Guangxi Province, is a national-level poverty-stricken county where many ethnic groups such as Zhuang, Han, Yao, Miao and Buyi live, and is also a typical poor mountainous region in western China. Where mountain traffic is blocked, the economy lags behind and the proportion of poor people is high. Students in mountain primary schools have a hard time going to school, poor teaching conditions in schools and many left-behind children. Due to the objective conditions, students here can only eat two meals at most, seriously affecting their physical and mental health. Fang Zhifeng [1] survey suggests that urban and rural children in Guangxi irrational diet, rural children’s nutrition problems prominent. To further understand the growth and nutritional status of impoverished pupils in mountainous areas, the author investigated the dietary structure, growth and nutritional status of 1,116 pupils in 6 primary schools in Lushan County, Baoye City, Baoding City, The results are reported below.
