本研究采用钠盐处理含钒铁水的方法,实现了同时脱磷、脱硫和回收钒。钠盐处理后可直接得到水溶性的钠化钒渣。这种钒渣不经钠化焙烧即可直接进行水浸提钒,所得纯净铁水由于含磷、硫极低,可实现无渣炼钢。实验是在15公斤及100公斤规模上采用两种方法进行的,一为搅拌法,一为吹氧法。实验结果表明,两种方法平均脱钒率可达80—90%;平均脱磷率大于75%;平均脱硫率大于70%。钠化钒渣的钒浸出率为95—99%。对钒渣浸出液采用电渗析脱钠,除硅净化,伯胺萃取提钒,最后可得到纯度大于99%的五氧化二钒产品。
In this study, the method of treating vanadium-bearing molten iron with sodium salt was adopted to achieve simultaneous dephosphorization, desulfurization and recovery of vanadium. Sodium salt can be directly treated to obtain water-soluble sodium vanadium slag. This vanadium slag without sodium roasting can be directly carried out by vanadium leaching, the resulting pure hot metal due to phosphorus, sulfur is very low, slag-free steelmaking can be achieved. The experiment was conducted on two scales of 15 kg and 100 kg using a stirring method and an oxygen blowing method. The experimental results show that the average vanadium removal rate of the two methods can reach 80-90%, the average dephosphorization rate is over 75% and the average desulfurization rate is over 70%. The vanadium leaching rate of sodium vanadium slag is 95-99%. Vanadium residue leaching solution by electrodialysis sodium, silicon purification, primary extraction of vanadium extraction, the final purity of more than 99% of vanadium pentoxide products.
