以粗毛甘草下胚轴为外植体进行诱导发芽和生根的试验,结果表明,下胚轴在进行离体培养时,其器官发生过程中存在生物全息现象。
The experiment of inducing germination and rooting was carried out by using the hypocotyls of G. hirsutum as an explant. The results showed that when the hypocotyls were cultured in vitro, there was a biological holographic phenomenon during the organogenesis.
