采用GC -MS对加味苍耳子散、清上祛痛胶囊、肠炎灵片、健中疡愈片等复方制剂挥发油进行分析 ,结果发现单味药挥发油的特征成分或主要成分基本能从复方挥发油中检出 ;而在一些成品中仅检出脂肪酸类挥发性成分 ,表明其制剂工艺未对挥发油进行收集或挥发油损失过多 ,有待改进。研究结果表明GC -MS可广泛应用于中药复方制剂挥发油的工艺研究与质量控制 ,挥发油指纹特征图谱的建立是提高中药复方制剂质量标准的有效途径之一。 GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oils in the combination preparations of Jiawei Xezi San, Qingshang Qutong Capsules, Jiyanling Tablets, and Jianzhong Diaoyu Tablets. The results showed that the characteristic components or main components of the volatile oils of single herb can basically be obtained from the compound volatile oils. It was detected; however, only volatile fatty acids were detected in some finished products, indicating that the preparation process did not collect volatile oil or excessive loss of volatile oil, and remained to be improved. The research results show that GC-MS can be widely used in the research and quality control of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations. The establishment of volatile oil fingerprint feature map is one of the effective ways to improve the quality standards of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations.
