冯梦龙虽然没有完整、系统的导演理论传世,但在《墨憨斋定本传奇》的总评、小引和眉批中遗留了大量与之相关的文字阐述。这些阐述反映了我国古代戏曲导演艺术在当时所达到的水平,是中国戏曲史上弥足珍贵的文化遗产。
Though there is no complete, systematic director’s theory, Feng Menglong has left a large amount of related expositions in the general comments and small quotations and criticisms of “Mo Hanzhai’s Definitive Legends”. These expositions reflect the level reached by the director art of ancient Chinese opera at the time, which is a precious cultural heritage in the history of Chinese opera.
