利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立等截面周长的三角形、扇形、D形、1/4圆形、1/2圆形5种异形截面钢管短柱轴压力学性能分析的有限元计算模型,有限元计算与试验所得的荷载-应变全过程曲线及短柱破坏形态吻合较好。在此基础上对其受力全过程中钢管的应力与塑性应变的分布进行分析,并对截面形式、钢管壁厚、钢管屈服强度等几种影响异形钢管承载力和变形的因素进行比较。结果表明:异形钢管短柱在1/2柱高处发生局部屈曲破坏,截面形式、钢管壁厚、钢管屈服强度等参数对其力学性能影响显著。
The finite element calculation model for the analysis of the pressure behavior of five special-shaped steel pipe stubs of triangular, scalloped, D-shaped, 1/4-circular, and 1/2-circular with uniform section perimeter was established using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The calculated load-strain curve of the whole process agrees well with that of the short column. On this basis, the distribution of stress and plastic strain in the steel tube during its stress process was analyzed, and several factors affecting the bearing capacity and deformation of the deformed steel tube were compared, such as the cross section form, the wall thickness of the steel tube, and the yield strength of the steel tube. The results show that the local buckling failure occurred at the 1/2 column height of the deformed steel short column. The cross-section form, the wall thickness of the steel tube, and the yield strength of the steel tube have significant influence on the mechanical properties.
