提取了羟基磷灰石层析填料,分离出三个不同离子强度的唾液洗脱峰(分别为S-1,S-2,S-3),并各自与白色念珠菌混合培养,在电镜下观测白色念珠菌在形态上的变化。结果表明:S-2组,可见白色念珠菌生长分解代谢非常明显,细菌崩解片段增多,“菌管”形态增加,菌膜皱缩,并与膜内成分分离,说明S-2成分中可能含有明显的杀菌成份,对白色念珠菌生长不利的因素占了主导地位,改变或缩短了细菌的代谢周期,使细菌表现为溶解、崩解的镜像。S-1和S-3成份似乎对白色念珠菌没有影响,究其原因很难解释,唾液中的蛋白参与了多方面的复杂功能,包括润滑、杀菌、消化、促进细菌粘附等。
