本文指出用丙烷进行真空渗碳时,炉体的污染主要是由丙烷在炉内分解后形成的焦油造成的。甲烷、氢混合气基本不污染真空炉,是一种比较理想的真空渗碳介质。可用液化石油气热裂解的方法制备甲烷、氢混合气。裂解温度为980~1000℃,停留时时间为13~18s。裂解气成分大约为;50%CH_4、45%H_2,5%C_2H_4。本文研究了制气方法,还介绍了一种甲烷、氧气体发生装置。
This paper points out that when propane is used for vacuum carburizing, the pollution of the furnace body is mainly caused by the tar formed by the decomposition of propane in the furnace. Methane, hydrogen mixed gas basically does not pollute the vacuum furnace, is an ideal vacuum carburizing medium. Hydrocarbon gas pyrolysis can be used to prepare methane, hydrogen mixture. The pyrolysis temperature is 980 ~ 1000 ℃, the residence time is 13 ~ 18s. Pyrolysis gas composition is about; 50% CH_4,45% H_2,5% C_2H_4. This paper studies the gas generation method, but also introduces a methane, oxygen gas generation device.
