目的:观察复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠血清PGE_2及胃黏膜组织NOS水平的影响,探讨其保护胃黏膜损伤的作用机制。方法:用无水乙醇诱导的急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,在造模前分别灌胃给予生理盐水、复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂及铝碳酸镁等不同药物干预,用ELISA和硝酸还原酶法分别测定血清PGE_2及胃黏膜组织NOS的水平。结果:预防治疗组大鼠血清PGE_2及胃黏膜组织NOS的水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01),且胃黏膜病理组织学损伤有明显改善。结论:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性胃黏膜损伤有预防保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different particulate composition of compound lizards on serum PGE 2 and gastric mucosal NOS in rats with acute alcoholic gastric mucosal lesion, and to explore its mechanism of action to protect gastric mucosa from injury. Methods: Acute gastric mucosal injury induced by absolute alcohol was induced in rats by intragastric administration of normal saline, different combinations of compound lizards and magnesium permanganate before intervention. ELISA and nitrate reductase The levels of serum PGE 2 and gastric mucosal NOS were measured respectively. Results: The levels of serum PGE 2 and gastric mucosal NOS in the preventive treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P <0.01), and the histopathological damage of the gastric mucosa was significantly improved. Conclusion: The compound lizard powder different particles combination of acute gastric mucosal injury prevention and protection.
