作为世界烟草第一大国,中国烟草产销量均占世界的30%以上,但目前我国还没有一个在国际市场上具有影响力的跨国烟草公司,也没有一个国际知名的卷烟品牌,我国烟草行业“大而不强”是一个铁一般的事实。世界经济一体化背景下,中国烟草如何积极实施“走出去”战略,将市场开拓的目标投放到世界经济大舞台,是一个非常值得我们深入研究的课题。基于此,本文笔者结合多年工作经验,在阐述中国烟草“走出去”重要性和必然性的基础上,从增强政府扶持、增强烟草企业自身的所有权优势、实施绿色发展战略等方面入手,提出了中国烟草“走出去”的几点建议和对策。
As the world’s largest tobacco country, tobacco production and sales in China account for more than 30% of the world’s total. However, at present, China does not have a multinational tobacco company that is influential in the international market. Nor does it have an internationally renowned cigarette brand. China’s tobacco industry “Big but not strong” is an ironclad fact. Under the background of economic integration in the world, how to actively implement the strategy of “going global” and how to put the goal of market development into the global economic arena is a subject worth our in-depth study. Based on this, based on many years of work experience and based on the importance and necessity of China’s tobacco “going global”, the author puts forward the following suggestions: enhancing government support, enhancing the ownership advantages of tobacco companies, and implementing the green development strategy Suggestions and Countermeasures of China Tobacco “Going Global”.
