对新疆、内蒙古和云南等地的天然黑色电气石红外辐射特性进行了测试和分析 ,结果表明 :不同产地和不同矿区的黑色电气石化学成分差异较大 ,其中氧化铁含量对红外辐射率具有明显影响 ,随氧化铁含量的增加 ,红外辐射率下降 ;天然黑色电气石在还原性气氛条件下进行热处理后 ,可具有比远红外陶瓷粉料更高的红外比辐射率值 ,其红外峰值辐射与维恩定律具有很好的对应关系 ,在室温下峰值辐射波长为 9.5 μm左右 .研究认为 ,天然黑色电气石在保暖、保健等领域具有很高的实际应用价值
The infrared radiation characteristics of natural black tourmaline in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and Yunnan were tested and analyzed. The results show that the chemical composition of black tourmaline varies greatly between different producing areas and different mining areas, and the content of iron oxide has obvious effect on infrared emissivity Influence, with the increase of iron oxide content, infrared emissivity decreased; natural black tourmaline in a reducing atmosphere after heat treatment, can have a higher than infrared ceramic powder infrared emissivity values, the infrared peak radiation and Wien’s law has a good correspondence, the peak wavelength of radiation at room temperature is about 9.5 M.
