随着全省经济社会的发展和城市建设的快速推进,各种临时机构不断涌现,这些机构承担着特殊的工作职责,其目标任务实施的重要性也不断凸显。一直以来,受各种因素制约,全省各级档案行政管理部门对区域内临时机构档案工作的业务指导和依法监管十分薄弱,这些临时机构的档案管理工作存在很多有待解决的问题。一年来,金华市档案局以问题为导向,着力加强区域内临时机构档案管理工作,相关实践走在了全省前列,形成了许多可资借鉴的工作经验。
With the development of the province’s economy and society and rapid urban construction, various kinds of temporary agencies are emerging. These agencies bear special responsibilities for work and the importance of implementing their goals and tasks has continued to grow. All along, due to various factors, the archives administrative departments at all levels throughout the province have very weak guidance on the archives work of the Provisional Institutions within the region and their supervision according to law. There are still many problems to be solved in the archives management of these temporary agencies. In the past year, the Bureau of Archives of Jinhua City has been guided by the issue and has made every effort to strengthen the archives management of the Provisional Institutions in the region. Relevant practices have taken the forefront in the province and formed many valuable experiences.
