针对某航空弧形锻件的形状特点,结合实际生产提出一套成形工艺方案。利用有限元数值模拟软件DEFORM分析了预制坯形状对成形的影响和成形过程的2个阶段,并对锻造速度、摩擦因数、始锻温度对终成形载荷的影响规律进行了研究。通过分析和研究得出了合理的坯件形状及成形工艺参数,消除了可能出现的缺陷,并有效地降低了成形载荷。研究结果得到了验证。
According to the shape characteristics of a aviation arc forgings, a set of forming process scheme is put forward according to the actual production. The effect of preform shape on the forming process and the two stages of forming process were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation software DEFORM. The effects of forging speed, friction coefficient and initial forging temperature on final forming load were studied. Through the analysis and research, a reasonable blank shape and forming process parameters are obtained, the possible defects are eliminated and the forming load is effectively reduced. The research results have been verified.
