针对无线射频传输距离有限的缺点,提出一种利用GPRS网络和分簇结构的WSN实现远距离数据传输的管道腐蚀远程监测系统设计方案.设计了多功能的低功耗WSN节点,并提出适用于管道腐蚀实时监测的链式路由、簇内基于TDMA的MAC协议和以RTC为基准的时间同步机制.测试结果表明节点采集数据误差在4mV以内,簇头和传感节点最大工作电流分别为300mA和170mA,休眠时电流都小于65uA,满足实际监测需求,在远程监测应用中取得了良好的效果.
Aiming at the shortcoming of limited wireless RF transmission distance, this paper proposes a remote monitoring system for pipeline corrosion based on GPRS network and WSN with clustering structure.A multi-functional and low-power WSN node is designed, The real-time monitoring of pipeline corrosion chain routing, MAC based on TDMA in cluster and the time synchronization mechanism based on RTC.The test results show that the error of data collected by node is within 4mV, the maximum working current of cluster head and sensing node is 300mA and 170mA, sleep current less than 65uA, to meet the actual monitoring needs, remote monitoring applications have achieved good results.
