一、前言1977年至1978年,我们曾对R961型液压挖掘机正铲工作装置斗杆进行了两轮载荷谱试验。第一轮试验采样斗数38斗,使用动态应变仪和光线示波器进行工作,手工处理数据;第二轮试验采样斗数52斗,用国产CJ-1型磁带记录器记录应力时间历程,在C-120实时数字相关器上计算了载荷幅值概率密度函数。当时由于条件所限,仅在土方作业情况下测取了部分工作载荷谱。1979年,我们针对前两轮试验工况不全,采样斗数较少、测取工况单一等问题,选择了土方、碎石、大块度岩石等三种工作对象,应用日本TEAC公司生产的R-280C磁带记录器,采样斗数700斗,进行第三轮试验,用日本小野测器公司的TES-11型幅
I. INTRODUCTION From 1977 to 1978, we conducted two-wheel load spectrum tests on the bucket of the R961 hydraulic excavator shovel. In the first round of testing, the number of buckets was 38 buckets, and a dynamic strain gauge and a light oscilloscope were used to work and data was processed manually. The second round of test sampling buckets was 52 buckets, and the time history of stress was recorded using a domestic CJ-1 tape recorder. The load amplitude probability density function was calculated on the -120 real-time digital correlator. At that time, because of the limited conditions, part of the work load spectrum was measured only in the case of earthwork operations. In 1979, we selected three types of work objects: earthwork, gravel, and large rock masses, in response to the incompleteness of the first two rounds of test conditions, the small number of sampled buckets, and the single measurement condition.
