目的对131I治疗Graves病患者近期疗效及甲状腺功能减退(甲减)的发生率进行分析。方法对我科行131I治疗的140例Graves病患者进行了近期随访,随访时间6￣24个月。结果140例Graves病患者经131I治疗6￣24个月并随访,证实131I治疗的近期治愈率达90.1%,甲减发生率为12.4%。结论只要病例选择合理、治疗剂量得当,坚持个体化治疗方案,加强服131I治疗后的随访跟踪,完全可以将131I治疗所引发的甲减发生率控制在较理想的、可以接受的水平。
Objective To analyze the short-term effect and the incidence of hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) in 131I-treated patients with Graves disease. Methods A total of 140 patients with Graves’ disease undergoing 131I treatment in our department were followed up for 6-24 months. Results 140 cases of Graves’ disease were treated by 131I for 6-24 months and followed up. The results showed that the immediate cure rate of 131I treatment was 90.1% and the incidence of hypothyroidism was 12.4%. Conclusions As long as the patients are selected reasonably and the dosage is appropriate, we should adhere to the individualized treatment plan and follow up the follow-up after the 131I treatment. It is entirely possible to control the incidence of hypothyroidism caused by 131I treatment at an ideal and acceptable level.
