随着社会的进步与发展,煤炭企业在生产技术、机械化程度、科学含量等方面均有了很大的提高,产业工人也从过去的追求温饱转向了追求高品质生活,因此企业只靠泰勒的“重奖重罚”“、胡萝卜加大棒”的传统管理方式,难以对员工实现有效的管理。文章介绍了煤炭企业人力资源管理现状,提出了人力资源管理新理念,列举了人力资源管理新举措。
With the progress and development of the society, the coal enterprises have greatly improved their production technology, mechanization and science content, and the industrial workers have also shifted their pursuit of food and clothing to the pursuit of high-quality life. Therefore, enterprises rely solely on Taylor’s “Heavy penalties ” “carrot and stick ” the traditional management methods, it is difficult for employees to achieve effective management. This paper introduces the current situation of human resource management in coal enterprises, puts forward a new concept of human resource management and lists new measures of human resource management.
