针对塔机回转机构在传统矢量控制中,出现启、停时抖动较为明显、平稳性较差的问题,提出了一种将模糊控制引入塔机回转驱动矢量控制的有效方法。首先,建立塔机回转驱动控制系统,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,分析传统矢量控制存在的问题;然后引入模糊控制,对比两者仿真结果,得出模糊控制能有效改善其动态效果,降低超调量的结论;最后,将有无模糊控制两种控制方式应用在塔机上,对比其实验波形,验证了在实际操作过程中,通过引入模糊控制,使塔机回转机构在启、停时出现的抖动问题得到了改善。
Aiming at the problem that tower crane slewing mechanism has obvious jitter and poor stability in starting and stopping when turning on and off in traditional vector control, an effective method of introducing fuzzy control into tower crane rotary vector control is proposed.
