本文介绍经编机连杆机构的动力分析。文中计算了当机器运转时,由于各构件的惯性力所引起的铰接点的约束反力以及传递至机架的振动力和振动力矩。文章中采用了两种方法:第一种方法是对机构中每一构件写出三个动力学方程,把这些方程写成矩阵形式,从而解得铰链点的约束反力和驱动力偶矩,进而计算振动力和振动力矩;第二种方法是利用达兰贝尔原理和能量公式直接写出振动力、振动力矩和驱动力偶矩的表达式。文中还提供了一些数据资料。
This article describes the warp knitting machine linkage dynamic analysis. In this paper, the restraining reaction force of hinge point and the vibration force and vibration moment transmitted to the machine frame due to the inertia force of each component are calculated when the machine is running. Two methods are used in the article. The first method is to write out three dynamic equations for each component in the mechanism and write the equations into a matrix, so as to solve the constraining reaction force and the driving moment of the hinge point, and then calculate Vibration force and vibration torque. The second method is to directly write out the expressions of vibration force, vibration torque and driving torque using the Dalambel principle and energy formula. The article also provides some data.
