本文根据工程中现有应用比较广泛的某一超低比转数离心鼓风机,设计了一个具有同佯流量系数和压升系数的风机模型并进行研究。在一定的参数下设计了3种不同型线的叶片,即前弯叶片、后弯叶片和变厚度前弯叶片,采用实验研究与全三维流场数值模拟相结合的方法分析了不同型线叶片产生性能差异的原因,详细分析风机内部的流动机理,进而为超低比转数离心鼓风机的设计提供有益的参考。
In this paper, a fan model with the same pre-flow coefficient and pressure coefficient is designed and studied according to a certain ultra-low-speed centrifugal centrifugal blower which is widely used in the project. Under certain parameters, three different types of blades were designed, that is, forward curved blade, backward curved blade and variable thickness curved blade. By means of the combination of experimental research and full three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation, The reasons for the difference in performance are analyzed in detail, and the flow mechanism inside the fan is analyzed in detail, so as to provide a useful reference for the design of ultra-low specific speed centrifugal blower.
