采用Pechini法合成了类钙钛矿型复合氧化物La2-xSrxCuO4(x=0~0.4)。运用XRD、TG、SEM、BET及H2-TPR对样品进行了表征。考察了柠檬酸用量、焙烧温度以及锶的掺杂量等对产物物相、比表面积及催化性能的影响。结果表明,当柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比为4∶1、焙烧温度为800℃时所合成的样品为结晶性好、粒度分布均匀、具有单一物相的类钙钛矿型La2-xSrxCuO4(x=0~0.4)。XRD图谱表明,当x>0时,所有合成样品均为具有单一晶相的类钙钛矿型复合氧化物。随着掺锶量的增加,样品比表面积增加,其低温氧化性能也随之提高。
The perovskite-type composite oxide La2-xSrxCuO4 (x = 0 ~ 0.4) was synthesized by Pechini method. The samples were characterized by XRD, TG, SEM, BET and H2-TPR. The influences of the amount of citric acid, calcination temperature and the content of strontium on the phase, specific surface area and catalytic performance of the product were investigated. The results show that when the molar ratio of citric acid to metal ion is 4:1 and the calcination temperature is 800 ℃, the samples synthesized are of good crystallinity and uniform particle size distribution. The perovskite type La2-xSrxCuO4 x = 0 ~ 0.4). XRD patterns showed that all the synthesized samples were single-phase perovskite-type composite oxides when x> 0. With the increase of strontium content, the specific surface area of the sample increases, and its low-temperature oxidation properties also increase.
