适宜卫生技术是指医药卫生成果中适用面广,可用性强,易为基层医疗机构接受的安全、有效、方便、性价比高的技术[1-2]。河南省作为全国适宜卫生技术推广项目省,采用政府主导型的推广模式[3],现已确定5个试点县区,根据国家推荐,结合专家建议和示范县需求确定28项适宜卫生技术。培训基 Appropriate health technologies refer to the safe, effective, convenient and cost-effective technologies that are widely applicable, highly available and easy to be accepted by primary medical institutions in medical and health outcomes [1-2].
