航空液压油泵车是重要的航空地面保障装备,其结构复杂,故障率较高,开发故障诊断系统对保证油泵车具有高可靠性和良好的维修性具有重要意义。本文结合某新型航空液压油泵车的研制提出了一种基于模糊诊断原理的航空液压油泵车故障智能诊断方法。通过对油泵车故障模式的研究确定了故障征兆、临界指标及故障成因,基于模糊诊断原理建立了油泵车故障智能诊断数学模型,现场实际运行测试及大量故障诊断实例表明,本系统实现了航空液压油泵车故障的准确快速诊断。
Aviation hydraulic pump truck is an important aviation ground support equipment, its structure is complex, the failure rate is high, the development of fault diagnosis system is of great significance to ensure high reliability and good maintainability of the pump truck. In this paper, combining with the development of a new aviation hydraulic pump truck, a fault diagnosis method of aviation hydraulic pump truck based on fuzzy diagnosis theory is proposed. Through the research on the failure mode of the pump truck, the fault symptom, the critical index and the cause of the fault were confirmed. Based on the fuzzy diagnosis theory, the mathematical model of the intelligent fault diagnosis of the pump truck was established. The actual operation test and a large number of fault diagnosis examples showed that the system realized the aeronautic hydraulic Accurate and quick diagnosis of pump truck fault.
