患者冯××,女,49岁,于1986年4月因右肾绞痛,疑右肾结石入院。体检无特殊发现,K.U.B摄片见右肾区有一约0.9×1.2cm三角形密影,静脉肾盂造影拟片确诊为右肾盂铸型结石,右肾分泌、排泄功能存在,右输尿管显影良好未见异常。1987年3月患者在上海市某医院行体外震波碎石治疗,同年6月再次到我院作K.U.B摄片检
