The results showed that applying K2O to flue-cured tobacco at 324 kg / hm2 K2SO4 was better in the soil with higher available potassium in the eastern part of Anhui Province. In the low-available-K soil, the amount of K applied to flue-cured tobacco was 463.8 kg / hm2 K2SO4 it is good.
