采用实验法和问卷调查法,以教学实践中存在的问题为切入点,将变换训练法应用到高校女生篮球技术教学中。研究认为:变换内容能够促进高校女生学习掌握篮球技术动作,对较复杂的技术动作,学习效果更为明显;变换形式能够激发高校女生学习篮球技术的学习兴趣,特别是直接学习兴趣;变换负荷强度能够有效的促进高校女生篮球技术的运用能力,适应考核要求,进而提升教学效果。
Using the method of experiment and questionnaire, taking the problems existing in the teaching practice as the starting point, the transformation training method is applied to the basketball teaching of college girls. The study shows that: Transform content can promote college girls to learn and master basketball skills, more complex technical actions, learning effect is more obvious; transformation forms can stimulate college girls to learn basketball skills, especially the direct interest in learning; transform the load intensity Can effectively promote the ability of college girls to use basketball skills to meet the assessment requirements, thereby enhancing teaching effectiveness.
