在对西部某职业学院2013年校企合作数据图形的分析中,发现经济欠发达地区公办高职院校校企合作存在的一些共性问题。要提高校企合作的实效性,应采取以下措施:在不违背国家政策的前提下,职业院校应尝试办学制度上的灵活性;运用“市场经济”手段,让利于企业,利用利润驱动企业合作的积极性;建立起统筹校企资源、服务区域经济的校企合作长效机制。 In the analysis of the data of school-enterprise cooperation in 2013 in a vocational college in western China, we find some common problems existing in the cooperation of school-enterprise in public vocational colleges in economically underdeveloped areas. To improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation, the following measures should be taken: Under the premise of not violating the national policy, vocational colleges should try their flexibility in running schools; use “market economy” means to benefit enterprises and make profits Drive the enthusiasm of enterprises to cooperate; establish a long-term mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise in coordinating the resources of school and enterprises and serving the regional economy.
