随着抗菌药物的广泛使用,临床细菌耐药形势日益严峻,特别是多药耐药菌的出现迅速成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题,多药耐药菌已经成为医院感染的重要病原菌,严重威胁着患者的医疗安全和身心健康,世界卫生组织将细菌耐药列为危害公共安全的人为因素之一。预防控制多药耐药菌感染,是提高医疗质量、保证患者安全的重要举措,已成为国际医疗领域关注的焦点[1-4]。我院通过采取多药耐药菌感染防控管理对策,有效预防和控制了多药耐药菌的医院内传播。
With the widespread use of antimicrobial agents, the clinical situation of drug-resistant bacteria is becoming more and more serious. In particular, the emergence of multi-drug resistant bacteria has rapidly become a global public health issue. Multidrug-resistant bacteria have become an important pathogen of nosocomial infections and pose a serious threat With the patient’s medical security and physical and mental health, WHO has listed bacterial resistance as one of the human factors that endanger public safety. Prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection is an important measure to improve the quality of medical care and ensure the safety of patients. It has become the focus of attention in the international medical field [1-4]. Our hospital through the multi-drug resistant bacteria infection prevention and control management strategies to effectively prevent and control the spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the hospital.
